MY STORY
Hey, I’m Larry, and fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, basketball was my world. I spent countless hours on the court, pushing my limits and striving to be the best athlete I could be. But after high school, when my basketball days came to an end, I found myself searching for another outlet. That’s when I dove headfirst into fitness.
Like many others, my journey wasn’t a straight path. After a wrist injury, I went through every phase. Going from skinny to gaining unwanted weight, then struggling to get lean again. I tried dirty bulking, going on cutting and bulking phases, and even used diuretics to help assist in getting leaner. Determined to rebuild myself, I committed fully to training and nutrition, eventually competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding. Along the way, I became a personal trainer at my local gym, helping countless clients transform their bodies and build confidence in and out of the gym.
One thing I always wished for when I first started? Proper guidance. I had to figure everything out on my own, making countless mistakes along the way. But you don’t have to. I created this coaching platform so you can skip the trial and error and fast track your results with my 10 years of fitness experience.

Online coaching provides personalized fitness and nutrition guidance remotely. You’ll receive a customized training program, nutrition advice and direct support from me through check ins, messaging and progress tracking.
Services are highly dependent on the program. I recommend scheduling a call for an accurate estimate of your plan.
I offer programs for both gym and home workouts. If you train at home, I’ll adjust the program based on the equipment you have.
No, I will create a program tailored to your goals and your fitness level. If you’re a complete beginner, I’ll start you with a simple, structured plan to build confidence and proper technique before progressing for more advanced training.
Payment is taken monthly by credit card or debit card for the duration of your program.
Tracking macros can accelerate results, but it’s not mandatory. I’ll help you find the best approach based on your preference and lifestyle.
By my app that you can install on your phone or tablet. I will ask for key measurements as well as photos so I can keep a close eye on your progress and ensure you are on track to achieve your goal.
Yes! You’ll have direct access to me for any questions throughout the week.
I recommend a minimum of 3 months to see real progress, but you can continue for as long as needed.
